Where community pride, confidence, and tradition come together as part of one of West Virginia’s favorite annual festivals. The Ribfest Pageant is a long-standing celebration that highlights outstanding individuals from across the state who serve as ambassadors for Ribfest and the communities they represent.

Over the past several years, the pageant has continued to grow alongside the Ribfest event, welcoming contestants across multiple age divisions and backgrounds. Participants take part in interviews, on-stage introductions, fun wear, evening wear, and question rounds that focus on personality, leadership, and poise. Winners proudly represent Ribfest at festival events, community appearances, and state-level pageants.

Ribfest itself is known for bringing people together through great food, live entertainment, family activities, and a strong sense of community. The pageant adds another layer to that experience by recognizing individuals who embody confidence, service, and hometown pride.
