WV Ribfest is accepting applications from live bands only to perform at our Rib Fest events. This application applies to all Rib Fest events and all three performance nights.

We are booking both opening acts and headliners, and selections are made based on fit, availability, and performance quality.

Performance Schedule by Night

Thursday – Country Night
Modern country, classic country, southern country, outlaw country

Friday – R&B Night
R&B, soul, funk, blues, Motown-style bands

Saturday – Rock ‘n’ Roll Night
Classic rock, southern rock, alternative rock, modern rock

Pay Structure

• Opening Acts: $400

• Headliners: $1000

Payment is per performance.
Set length and performance time will be confirmed if selected.

Important Notes

• This application is required for all bands

• Submitting an application does not guarantee booking

• Bands must provide their own instruments and basic backline

• Sound and stage details will be shared after selection
