Interested in becoming a Vendor at WV Ribfest? We invite you to review and complete the application form below. When completing the application:

  1. Be sure to complete the appropriate application for your business
  2. Be sure to fill in ALL information requested
  3. 50% deposit is due at the time of registration
  4. Final payment is due on the day of the event or before
  5. Make checks payable to RIBFEST Inc. with your business name on the check

✓ Vendor Responsibilities:

Each vendor will be responsible for their own set-up area, including City & State license, health permit, electrical wiring for electric hook-up, water hose for water hook-up (if needed), tent, tables, chairs, etc.
